Market season is upon us! I have some exciting markets booked every month in 2023 and the calendar below has been updated with details, times, and locations for finding me all year long. I love in person sales so much and I can't wait to meet you and have a chat!

You will also find our weekly Cherokee Rec Center pottery studio schedule below. We offer free adult ceramic classes and open studio for independent practice out of the Cherokee Recreation Center on south Jefferson.  Thanks to the support of our amazing city, our program is able to provide basic clay, glazes, tools, and firings at no charge. For those who are new to clay, we have monthly beginner classes every Thursday eveninig. Open studio is available to people with prior ceramic experience or after completing a beginner class.

Our studio is a safe place for all artists regardless of ethnicity, background, creed, gender expression, or sexual orientation. Our single rule - treat your fellow humans as humans.

Open Studio Supply Guidelines

Shop local at Krueger Pottery Supply  1449 Strassner Dr. Brentwood Mo. 63144                                                                                                                                                                          When supply shopping you will need clay and or glaze from the mid-fire range of materials. We fire to a cone 6, the Krueger crew can easily assist you if you mention the Cherokee Rec Program.  In class we use a clay body known as 609 and mid-fire casting slip. 

Can’t join the studio but still want to play? We also offer glaze at home bisque pieces. Contact us for more information.
